Recent music videos

This is a recent video (maybe you've seen it at NatGeoMusic) of brazilian singer, Rosalía de Souza. Her third album "D'improvviso", recalls bossa nova, afro, jazz, pop in an eclectic music project. Here it is one of its 14 tracks, "Carolina Carol Bela". Mixing of nu (pop) jazz and 60's brazilian music.



A really brand new one. From latest album of Melody Gardot (released on April 28th), here it is the clip of "Baby, I'm a Fool". You can see the video here.



And finally, "Quiet Nights" from Diana Krall, live on David Letterman's TV show. Her last album is very influenced by brazilian music, specially Antonio (Tom) Carlos Jobim. This a version of one of his songs.

Cassandra Wilson in Chile

2009 Grammy Award winner for Best Jazz Vocal Album (for "Loverly") Cassandra Wilson will be at Teatro Oriente here in Santiago on May 23th.

Martin Joseph Pacific Ensemble

The Pacific Ensemble, leaded by british composer Martin Joseph,will be performing their "Pocket concerts" (3 to 5 minutes mini concerts) tonight at José Pedro Alessandri 85, Ñuñoa. $3.000 and $2.000 for students. More info here.

"Feliz" (Happy) - María Rita

One of the songs played on our first show.
Brazillian singer María Rita is the daughter of legend singer Elis Regina and arranger César Camargo.
From her second album, "Segundo" (2005), here it is one of the most jazzy cuts althought she doesn't leave her brazilian touch.

May 23th: our 1st show

We got our very first show yesterday, and it was a good beggining.
A lot of good real music was played and we're working in getting a better show week after week.
